Please complete a separate registration form for each child attending Camp CDS 2020. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon form submission.

NOTE: The week of July 4th has been prorated for the classes missing Friday, July 3rd.

Within a week of submission of your registration form, you will receive information regarding payment of the non-refundable Camp Registration Fee ($20) and non-refundable Camp Deposit ($200). The $200 non-refundable Camp deposit will be applied toward the total camp fee for each child. The remainder of Camp Tuition is due in full by May 1, 2020.

Rise & Shine and Stay & Play prices assume a 5 day week, and will be prorated for 4 day programs.
