We are delighted you are exploring Country Day School as a preschool opportunity for your child. For more than 50 years, CDS has provided young children and their parents with a warm, safe, and nurturing "first school experience."
We offer an engaging play-based program that helps children to develop a love of learning as well as an appreciation, respect, and knowledge of the world around them. At Country Day, children partake in daily individual, small, and group activities. In the indoor and outdoor classrooms, activities are teacher-directed and child-initiated.
Our experienced faculty is masterful at helping young children make the transition from the home to the classroom. Through a welcoming and stimulating classroom environment they prepare the children for a life after Country Day.
