We are Full S.T.E.A.M Ahead

As we embark on our 59^th year, The Country Day School remains committed to our founder’s vision of providing the highest quality early childhood education in a warm, safe, and nurturing environment. We take great pride in how we immerse children in nature, teaching them lessons in empathy, responsibility, and imagination. We are proud of our rich history but are constantly looking ahead to the future. It is essential that we equip our students with the skills necessary to be successful in this modern era, while holding steadfast to our play-based philosophy of early childhood education.   

 

To accomplish this, we are going “Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead” and dedicating a portion of this year’s Annual Fund to the purchase of classroom materials and playground features that reinforce the components of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Additionally, we want to invest in our teachers by providing them with professional development opportunities to gain additional expertise. I am proud to say that every member of our faculty, staff, and Board of Directors have already made donations to this year’s Annual Fund.

Our goal is to reach 100% participation amongst our current families by December 31st, so please consider making your tax-deductible gift today. We are so grateful for your support that in years past has allowed us to upgrade our communication systems, equip our playgrounds with outdoor storage during the pandemic, and most recently, renovate our Butterfly Garden.
