Position statement finalized and published

Consultants begin to share dossiers of candidates with Search Committee

Search Committee meets to select first round interviews.

Semi-Finalist virtual interviews

Consultants

The Board has engaged Carney, Sandoe & Associates, a professional Boston based recruiting firm to assist the search committee in securing a permanent Head of School. Carney Sandoe has significant expertise and success in placing heads of school in early childhood programs and is extremely familiar with the independent school market in the Washington, D.C./Metro area.
