About the Board
The Country Day School Board acts in a fiduciary capacity to ensure the delivery of a high-quality early childhood program. The Board ensures the perpetuity of the Country Day School; oversees the implementation of the Mission Statement; appoints the Head of the School; examines the annual financial review and audit; and reviews and approves the annual budget.
